Welcome to September – yikes, summer flew by, right?! Picking the right fruits and veggies for your specific body is an important step on the journey to #AwakenAndHeal.
On my latest Farmer’s Market Haul, I copped some broccoli, squash, zucchini, carrots, onions, garlic, sweet potato and a seeded watermelon, probably my last one for the season.
In order to maintain freshness, I washed, sliced and diced everything and placed them into glass jars for storage. This allows my fridge to stay neat and clean and for me to easily see what needs to be replenished.
My lunch was delish too!
