Six Tips for National Women’s Health Week!
It’s never too early or late to work toward being your healthiest you! During National Women’s Health Week each year, millions of women take steps to improve their health. The week serves as a reminder for YOU to make YOUR health a priority and build positive health habits for life.
Try one of these each day:
🌸 MONDAY: Put away your electronics by 10 p.m. and actually turn the wifi off for the night.
🌸 TUESDAY: Every time you pass a mirror, stop, look at yourself and say, “I 💗You”! [It’s kind’a hard not to laugh😊]
🌸 WEDNESDAY: Nix the sunglasses and get outside to let the sun shine on your face and skin for at least 20 minutes.
🌸 THURSDAY: Give three hugs. Ask for three hugs. [No, really, hugs aka human connection, helps you sleep at night😀]
🌸 FRIDAY: As soon as you awaken, say Thank You❗️ Help Me❗️ Wow❗️
🌸 SATURDAY: Write down 𝟙𝟘 people, places and things you 💗!
