If you allowed yourself to be emotionally and spiritually bombarded by the coverage of yesterday's planned attack then also consider offering yourself some grace today. Your body and all of your cells recorded ALL of the anxiety you felt yesterday (today)... Give yourself a break.

☀️Go outside and get some sun on your face. (bring your mace of course)

🌲Take a walk in the park, connect with nature. (bring your mace of course)

💃🏿 Listen to your favorite song and dance, releasing the stagnant energy of fear and anxiety to move up and out of your body. (I just finished cabbage patchin' to South Bronx by BDP and Get Money, by Jr. Mafia & Lil Kim)

💖 Call and share a love bomb with those you care about. (Compliment, fun memory, simple I love you)

🛀🏾 Take an Epsom or sea salt bath for at least 30 min.

Be good to yourself...the BS will be there once you get back. I promise. 🙃
