Goddess Gathering: The Health & Wellness Edition

The Goddess Gathering in New Rochelle, NY was inspiring! Once you decide to stand in your power and wear the crown you were born to wear, you begin to Awaken and Heal. We talked about the power of learning how to incorporate self-preservation into a daily routine and that being a martyr isn’t a sustainable action. My real life, big sister, Cher Carter-Hyppolite, (Third Eye Woke) presented a powerful mindfulness meditation for us while we enjoyed a relaxing and detoxifying foot bath provided by our host, De Lacy Jackson.
