Everything must change and some of us handle it better than others. Lisa Marie Goodson, Founder and Director of Black Berry Beauty Academy will share important tools for us to prepare for the changing of the season. Whether personally, professionally or the calendar seasons, changes in our lives are inevitable. Spiritually preparing for the good the changes can bring is important for us to navigate them with ease, grace and emotional well-being.
Lisa Marie Goodson, Founder and Director of Black Berry Beauty Academy, a holistic institute dedicated to the health and wellness of women and the men who love them. She is an internationally known wellness coach, Raw and Living Food Chef, Womb Yoga instructor, dancer and poet. She is also the proud recipient of the “Black Power Award” for Health and Wellness 2016. She has helped many women and men find “new life” through her books, DVD’s, workshops and lectures.
