The Awaken & Heal Self-Love Fest: LA

The Awaken & Heal Celebration Book Tour was filled with mad love! We continued with the Valentine’s Day theme and expanded it to a self-love fest!
Day One: The Family & Friends Edition
Hosted by my gracious family, the Family & Friends edition included food, laughter, and easy-breezy fun! It was a great way to connect both sides of my family for the first time.
Day Two: The Self-Love Fest
The backdrop for day two was the beautiful blk Temple. The vibe was perfect as friends, former colleagues and family filled the space and learned how to approach their wellness using a mind, body, and spirit approach. Tips included:
- The importance of being intentional about touching and making eye contact with other human beings since we have a tendency to rely on our technology to communicate.
- Taking the time to allow our intuition to guide us as we make decisions and to learn that no is a complete sentence.
- That ancestor veneration is important and supports our decision making and that creating an altar in our home is healing.
