We talked about the power of learning how to incorporate self-preservation into a daily routine and that being a martyr isn’t a sustainable action.  My real life\, big sister\, Cher Carter-Hyppolite\, (Third Eye Woke) presented a powerful mindfulness meditation for us while we enjoyed a relaxing and detoxifying foot bath provided by our host\, De Lacy Jackson.
